All fully registered delegates will receive the following:

All fully registered student delegates will receive the following:
• Admission to Pre-Conference Events.

A certificate must be uploaded to the registration system to show the student status (PhD or similar).
All registered accompanying guests will receive the following:
• Refreshments during the coffee breaks and lunch.
• Welcome Reception.
• Gala Dinner.
Please note registered accompanying guests cannot attend any of the conference sessions. One day registration nly include admission to sessions for one day selected, coffee breaks for that day selected and name badge
Delegate Registration
All attendees are strongly advised to register in advance of the conference.
All attendees should register online. If a company, university or institution wants to register a group, it must make a request for registration and payment form for groups.
It is possible to register during the conference. If you choose this on-site registration option, please consider that you will spend a little more time at the registration desk, since your payment will have to be processed and your entry tickets will be printed while you wait. For greater efficiency and expediency, an online registration is highly recommended.
When you arrive to the venue please ask for your badge and conference material in the registration area. In order to make this process as quickly as possible we suggest that you bring your confirmation letter with you.
The organization reserves the right to modify the venue if necessary. If an event is cancelled the organizers shall not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the attendees. Speakers and programme agenda may also be subject to change.
Cancellations will only be accepted 30 days after making the registration and at least 60 days before the start of the conference. Cancellations must be received by fax or email and have to include the unique Registration Code.
All dates are based on Chilean standard time (GMT -4).
Confirmation
All attendees will receive an email from the registration system indicating their personal information and their unique registration code.
You can get two types of confirmations from the system:
1. Registration confirmation with pending payment. This confirmation includes the information and the options to issue the payment process.
2. Confirmation of registration and payment (receipt), if you paid online with credit card.
All rates are exempt from tax.
If you need an invoice for your company, university or institution, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the complete information of your company, university or institution indicating your full name, payment method and registration code in order to reply with the invoice.
Payment
Full payment should be made via credit card online, and will be processed via Webpay Plus (secure payment in Chile with Transbank company).
Alternatively, the registration fee should be paid in advance to WorldCall Conference 2018 via wire bank transfer. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee.
All payments must be processed in US Dollars, except Chilean citizens or people with credit card issued by a Chilean bank.
Please bring your registration confirmation to the conference and present it at the pre-registration counter. This will allow you to spend less time in the registration process.
